Friday April 15th weather forcast, periods of rain in the morning. Saturday and Sunday are not forecasted yet, I’ll have an update Monday. Have a good weekend!

Update, its calling for periods of rain/showers for the three days with a greater chance Friday. We’ll see as it gets closer…

Rain rain go away come back some other day, poof, gone, sunny all days temps in the high 70 to low 80 with light winds.

Now they are putting a shower back in for Sunday morning…maybe!

Update, looks to be a 20% chance of a shower activity Friday lingering into Saturday, if any showers Saturday it will be isolated and mostly in the foothill mountains. Sunday looking to be less of a chance of precipitation and in the hills as well.

THERE COULD BE SOME LIGHT SHOWERS IN REDDING…RED BLUFF…CHICO AND
PARADISE TOMORROW. THE MODELS KEEP PRECIPITATION OUT OF
SACRAMENTO…VALLEJO…STOCKTON AND MODESTO. 850MB TEMPERATURES
WARM SOME 3 TO 4 DEGREES TOMORROW…POSSIBLY BUMPING TEMPERATURES
INTO THE LOWER 70S. THIS IS CLOSE TO NORMAL THIS TIME OF YEAR.

A DEEPER SLUG OF MOISTURE IS DUE TO ARRIVE SATURDAY. SHORT RANGE
ENSEMBLES HIT THE CALIFORNIA COAST AND AREAS NORTH OF MT. SHASTA A
BIT HARDER THAN PREVIOUS MODEL RUNS. THESE HAVE ALSO TRENDED FARTHER
SOUTH WITH THE EXTEND OF THE PRECIPITATION. WHILE MODEL CROSS
SECTIONS ONLY BRING A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH OF MEASURABLE
PRECIPITATION TO SACRAMENTO…THERE IS MORE CONSISTENCY BRINGING
PRECIPITATION THIS FAR SOUTH SATURDAY. WE HAVE BUMPED UP OUR CHANCES
OF RAIN IN THE FORECAST. THERE WILL BE SOME DIVERGENCE ALOFT JUST
SOUTH OF THE 80KT JET CORE AND 700MB WINDS RAMP UP TO 35-40KTS SO IT
WILL BE WINDY IN THE MOUNTAINS.
