Congratulations Fred.

I tried to come up with a good one liner here, but nothing really good came to me. There’s the fact that I was the last person to hit your before your promotion, and the fact that somehow people seem to hit Chuck far more than his share, but I couldn’t seem to turn that into something funny.

I’ve known Fred longer than most everyone here. I want to assure everyone that Fred will most certainly listen to your concerns and complaints before he dismisses them.

There, how was that?

It’s more a question of quality than quantity…
