Team Dynamics 15ET

#1

The Team Dynamics importer called me today to inform me we have a limited quantity of 15x7 15ET offset Pro Race 1.2 wheels in the US. Our standard offset is 25ET so it will be like running 10mm spacers. If you would like to get a set please just give us a ring as we won’t be adding them to the site. The available colors are anthracite, flat black, and silver available. They are hubcentric.

So these will fit a spec E30? And their legal?

Will fit the car fine, I’d reccomend rolling the fender lips for sure though. This will make the spacing a bit tight.

There is no offset limitation in Spec E30. Most of the front runners are running total offsets of around 5-15et. You can’t really go any wider without doing something illegal to the body.

What’s the fender gap for the Team Dynamics ET15 offset wheels with 205/50-15?

9.3.13.9. Fender and wheel openings shall (3.1) remain unmodified (3.6).
9.3.13.9.1. It is permitted to roll under or flatten any interior lip on a wheel opening for tire clearance.

From my experience, the early 87 style cars can fit the spacers no problem but the later style needs to have the inner lip modified. This is for the rear only. I don’t have experience with the front fenders and spacers.

Slim, but they fit. Several people are running them on early and late body styles with no problems. You may need to take a baseball bat and roll/flatten the inside edge of the rear fender lips on the 88+ cars with the revised wheel arches, but this is both easy and legal.

I have the PR1.2 in black/silver in this configuration, and one set of PR2 silver as well, all in stock.

Can you please post costs?

And cost if you can ship them with RA1s installed?

Thanks!

#8

Rich, the wheels go for $143.99 ea.

Here’s a link:

I don’t sell tires, so these would be bare wheels in the box. I think the shipping costs on a wheel/tire assembly over any appreciable distance would be a disincentive as well.

Rich,
For NASA members, Tire Source in Boulder will do mount&balance of 205/50-15 RA1s for $129 which is very competitive with sourcing them online and then local mount&balance.
cheers,

I went on the site and the only option was for silver? any flat black left?

Yes, we can get the wheels in black. The supplier has a decent amount of the PR1.2 but only 1 set of PR2. Give us a call next week if interested.
