The spirit of welcome that Steve D correctly offered earlier today will quickly run dry if you keep asking questions that you can figure out on your own without too much trouble. Admittedly, not absolutely everything is in the rules, and sometimes the interpretation isn’t 100% obvious, but they are still where you need to start.
