Tach

After recently doing some work in the dash, I discovered the tach no longer functions. I haven’t dug into it yet, but is there something obvious to look for besides making sure the harness is plugged in?

Check your fuses first. Don’t pull the cluster only to find out it is a fuse…

One nameless driver (due to severe embarrassment) replaced his stock tach with an aftermarket unit…and then discovered that the needle on the stock tach was on the wrong side of the stop-peg. He flipped it around the peg and it worked just fine.

The circuit board is fried. Does anyone have a spare Motometer board?
