ok so coming from the VW and Miata world there are a bunch of companys that make a kit that includes almost everything you need. I know it is really popular with miata’s that you can find a spec miata suspension kit. Is there such a thing with e30’s and finding a spec e30 kit?

Pretty much all the vendors have a kit by now. They vary in what all they include. Some are just springs, shocks and sways. Some have all the bushings.
Carr Industries had a kit, and may still have, that included all kinds of stuff. But I broke it out a hundred different ways and in the end the prices were all close to one another. Best thing is to try and negotiate a discount on the complete package. Or you can spend months hunting Ebay and other sites getting it piece by piece, not really the way to go imho.
