I have the hot setup! You too can set your car up like mine for ultimate performance.

As many of you recall, I have not had an alignment on my car since 2007. I did monkey around with it after getting hit by the 944 at CMP but that was half A**ed at best in the driveway.

I finally decided to take the car to get a real alignment after Lowe’s. The guy that set the car up said my alignment was “comical” :laugh:

Here are the “before” specs, you decide.

Front Left Toe: 3/16" Toe IN
Front Right Toe 1/8" Toe IN
TOTAL front Toe: 5/16" Toe IN

Rear Left Toe: 1/32" Toe IN
Rear Right Toe: 3/16" Toe IN
TOTAL Rear Toe: 7/32" Toe IN

Should be a little better now.

I assume you still have the toe in at the rear?

Jones, this isn’t a hot setup. You’re just an idiot for driving a car that looks like a golf ball and never getting it aligned.

Did you go 7/32 toe out so that when you hit a bunch of people next time you’ll at least be centered for awhile?

Without that straight-line drag your cheater motor is REALLY gonna stick out.

Don’t be hard on Brian. He read an article about how the dimples on golf balls reduce drag and allow the ball to fly further. He’s trying to do the same thing with his car.

Haha, I was expecting some pretty good responses from that little gem. BTW, the camber numbers aren’t very special, I can only get -2.8 front right and -2.7 front left MAX. for reference, I was FR: -2.5, FL: -2.2.

Steve, I don’t spin the car very often, hardly ever actually. Its when people get in the way that the “racing” becomes an issue. :kiss:

As for the speed dimpling? You wait about 3 more years and the F1 cars will look like crumpled up bits of paper. Its the hot set up I tell you, you’ll all see one day! :laugh: :laugh:
