SpecE30 retirement

#1

It’s with great regret that I’m going to be taking a leave of abscense from the SpecE30 family. My family and I are relocating to Hickory, NC and with two young boy it’s just going to be hard to find the time that it takes to do the racing thing in over the next few years. I am keeping the blue 4-door and all of my gear so I’ll only be a cage away from a ready to run SpecE30 and a return to competition.

The #77 car is officially up for sale as well as a large spares package (including two M20 engines) that I will sell with the car or seperately. I’ll list the full details in the Classifieds but if anyone is interested they can contact me at 910 617 1828.

Steve, we’ll miss you, buddy. Can’t think of many others that are as much fun to race and wrench with.

Same job? Something new?

I’ve not looked at the ad, but to anyone interested, Steve’s equipment and attention to detail are top notch. Well worth whatever he is asking.

Come see us…

Thanks for the kind words Robert. Same company but different division. I’ll get the ad posted up later tonight but I’m asking $12500 for the car.

Steve, sounds like a pro motion. Extra $$$, get Teddy M to be your pit crew. Solves the time problem…

I am looking for an airbag car harness. Thanks. Good luck with the sale.

If you are looking to put the harness in your Spec E30, judicious mods to the car side will allow the use of a 9/87 or later harness.

Did you have a trailer for sale also?

#10

I did but I’ve decided to keep the trailer.
