Spec Exhaust guy...

Why is there a spec exhaust guy that is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of?!?! His only contact info in the rule book is email which is an inactive account!!!

The idea of a “spec exhaust” is stupid in the first place, and the fact that he can not be contacted in a largely growing class??? Come on!!!

Any help???
