I ran it for a five day racing school. I wish there were more events on that track since there are really cool lower speed turns to learn how to rotate the car.

Myself and JP were there at the South Course event last weekend. We both have black 87’s mine has the Spec E30 banner across the back window. Hopefully we will be racing by next season. Just need a few more bits and pieces and some skill to go with it!

Al,

As Jones said that was he and myself. The guy that was driving the red E30 with us will also be going racing next year.

Jones and myself (JP) are hoping to do a comp school by year’s end, cage the cars over the winter and campaign next year.

I wish you had run more than one session with our group, it was fun trying to keep up.

As Jones said, "lot’s of work to do"

My first time on track was on the south course, I would love to go back and do it again.

South course was more fun than I expected it to be. I’m looking forward to running it again.

I was the guy in the red e30 (JP’s daily). However, I now have my own car. I just bought an 88 325is that is bone stock. I’m prioritizing the shopping list now and expect to be placing orders for parts this week.

(Any tips or leads on parts are welcomed)

Car should be track ready before the Tarheel school in July.

I too plan to do a comp school this fall and join the fun next year.

See you around the track…
