Semi-OT: Comp School Attire?

Just wondering if I’m required to wear my firesuit for the comp school? Neither the CCR nor the literature that NASA has emailed me says anything either way.

Comp school needs to be exactly like racing. All gear must be on and pass tech

Are you doing the CCA school or the NASA school? I did my comp school with Driving Concepts at a NASA event last spring - they required nothing more than the HPDE program. Some guys were driving street cars, wearing short sleeve shirts & shorts. One guy showed up in a rental Taurus. The instructors asked him why he didn’t pick something a little more sporty! The Taurus’ engine was smoking badly & was having trouble shifting gears by the end of the weekend, btw.

Next, I bet you’re going to tell me that my plan to wear flip-flops won’t cut it, either.
