Three Rules additions were proposed and per our normal procedure, the Spec E30 Regional Series Directors and I discussed them.
I then proposed them to NASA National and Jerry Kunzman accepted them. I have sent the updated Rules to NASA National and they will probably be published tomorrow - 2-14-12.
9.3.1.3.9. The fuel system vapor recovery charcoal canister and its associate hoses and brackets may be removed and/or plugged.
9.3.5.1.6. Water hoses that are connected to the throttle body may be plugged or removed.
9.3.13.31. The stock horn and its components may be removed.
