Time to buy and install new ones. I’ve looked at the TMS and AKG aluminum bushings but wonder if Delrin might not be better from a mounting point fatigue standpoint. Also looking at the TMS and AKG Delrin RTABs. How did you remove the old bushings? I’m looking at the HF bushing/bearing kit. Anyone tried this yet?
RTA and subframe bushings...

There’s a number of old threads that discuss subframe bushings and especially rtabs. I use AL subframe bushings with a little material removed to make it easier to get to the rtab adjuster. My diff bushing is also AL, and that’s the 3rd rear drivetrain mount in the structure. I don’t feel any difference between AL and a hard non-metal bushing so I’m not suggesting that AL is the best solution.
There is no perfect rtab solution. Between the bunch of us we’re tried every rtab solution available and nothing is perfect.
