My weekend could’ve been better, but all things considered I still had a great time. I’m soon to be the owner of a brand new head gasket and maybe a rebuilt head! That probably won’t appear in the report, so I’m not stealing any of Steve’s thunder :wink:

What and leave my old car out of the report… HA
So did the head go as well? Maybe some valve adjustment mid year might help in the future…Maybe even washing it once and awhile…

I did wash the car prior to the last THill event, you should’ve seen it before :slight_smile:

The head looks okay, though it could still be warped or have tiny cracks. I’m sure the machine shop will tell me all about it if they find a problem. The gasket was pretty bad in 2 spots, and sketchy in a couple of others. In hindsight, I should have packed it in earlier.
