No way, Sasha! The pole is mine! This maybe my only chance to ever see what happens up there!

#6

I have only been to RRR once, so if I make it to this race, the pole is clearly going to be mine!

#7

Lot’s of arguments for the pole…I have only been there once as well but I am goind to come and “git er done”

I just signed up for IFU-2. I am looking forward to it.

I’ll post this again…

This is starting to look like a Spec E30 Historic moment! :woohoo:

If you haven’t signed up yet… do it soon. I need to get the t-shirt order placed.

Here’s what the list is looking like (by my guess based on what I’ve heard):

  1. Travis, Wilson, 800
  2. Craig, Geiger, 82
  3. Jim, Pantas, 63
  4. Kelly, Childress, 168
  5. Laura, Patton, 911
  6. Robert, Patton, 241
  7. Sasha, Berghausen, 43R
  8. Don, Stevens, 80
  9. Scott, Lear, 76
  10. Scott, Gress, 6
  11. Stephen, Foushee, 4
  12. Charles, Taylor, 401
  13. Fred, Switzer, 53
  14. Jonathan, Stroup, 5
  15. Jeffrey, Hall, 14
  16. David, Herrington, 114
  17. JP Coates, 155
  18. Scott McMennamy, 467
  19. Brian Jones, 380
  20. Steven Canterbury, 77
  21. Damion Moses, 620
  22. Mike Skeen, 143
  23. Al Taylor, 2
  24. Jim Robinson, 08
  25. Tom Hall ,67
  26. Steven Canterbury, 77
  27. Joe Tripp

I think these guys are going to be there?

  1. Bill Zawrotny
  2. TJ Brewster
  3. Mark Nichols
  4. David Walsh
  5. Mark Daniels
  6. Carlton Goldthwaite

And it seems like there might even be more…

Where’s Carter, Salazar, John and others?

This is going to be pure insanity!

Just spent the day at Roebling. Either the track got longer, I’m getting worse instead of better, or my car isn’t sticking for a reason TBA. I better quit talking shit or I’ll be eating it.

#10

You’ve been there enough times that you should know that the track changes A LOT between hours, days, etc…

HAHA, you’ll probably be stopping at rest areas along the way “fighting for pole” also huh?

I’ll be there doing the lowly HPDE thing. One day I’ll get to “run with the big dogs.” Can you tell I’m from Georgia?

John

#13

To tell you the truth John, if I didn’t know you, I would have thought you were from Mid-Atlantic.

This is a really pathetic (but funny) thread. All you anti-smack talkers arguing about who is going to be the slowest qualifier.

Maybe in the spirit of the 6th place trophy, you can raise your ambition and shoot for a 6th place START in the IFU, which at least means you’re only the 6th slowest qualifier. It’s a start. Any takers?

Steve that is a little harsh, John seemed like a nice enough guy to me.

OK Thread Hi-Jackers,

I’m putting this thread back on track.

As Chuck said… We have 1 more day to get the t-shirt orders in. So if you haven’t signed up and a re planning to be there, let Chuck know.

Advantages to Signing Up Early:

• You’ll have one less thing to forget to do before leaving for Roebling

• The $10 you save is money you can donate to “The Sasha Berghausen .00125K Charity Run for gifted Childern”

• You can relax in knowing you’ll have a shirt that fits better than any of Al Taylors

• You never know if the sign up order is going to play a roll in how we grid (This is the IFU-2… anything can happen)

IFU? Chuck, maybe awards for starting positions? Very sneaky, 6th slowest would be tough one for me to get too, unless everyone wants to be slower to be on the pole…

Now this isjust getting confusing!!!
