Great video quality. I like how the cop car looking E30 puts the flashers on after the race ended, haha.

Was the 88 DQed for passing under yellow? And I’d love to hear an explanation for why was he trying to push the Mazda out of his way at the exit of 7? And we wonder why the Mazda’s retalitate.

why he was passing under yellow I’m not sure… but he hit the miata to avoid slamming into the roadster parked on the track. If you look closely, it was almost a really bad accident.

The last minute of Saturday Part 2

Evan, you drove a great race, it looked like the 88 tried to push Walsh over at nine earlier in the video. That car has some serious straightaway talent. Maybe had he observed the yellow there would have been no incident with the Mazda or potential of serious accident with the other car.

Steve, just before the end of the second Saturday video, the 88 started passing under yellow at 5, continued passing through 6 and 7.

Saturday’s video.

Had a good race with Patton close behind as we negotiated traffic.

Well I was plagued with some engine issues through the weekend, but still had a good running with everyone at the event. Here are video’s of the mid/back pack action:

+1. Dang.

Congrats Alex. Welcome to your new world.

Thanks guys. I’m lucky though, getting a pass for VIR at the end of this month and then Lowes. Hopefully I can put up somewhat of a fight to Eric and Evan.

#16

I actually got destroyed in the straight away by the 88 I believe in one my HPDE1 session. That thing definitely had some straightaway talent. I was surprised to see so many of the Spec E30 cars on the track with me.

Taking the fight to me should be relatively doable. Taking the fight to Eric will be a whole 'notha story. I don’t think it’s fair to him to put us in the same category! Obviously I wasn’t around last year, but he’s kicking some tail this year.

You can say that again. But it’s a great new world (Hah, wait until the teenage years!)
