Reversing Oil Cooler Lines

Are there any issues or concerns reversing the oil cooler lines where they enter the oil filter head?

I’m having a hard time getting them to fit per the attached picture.

I think that it would be fine. There’s no valve in the oil cooler. From a heat transfer perspective it won’t make any difference. At least such that it could be measured outside of a lab.
