I just talked to Bilstein re. rebuilding shocks and struts. I thought that Speedway Racing could do it, but they told me to call Bilstein. $65/shock-strut + shipping. Takes 2 weeks. Or they can expedite for $35 more.
Anyone know of a shop that will rebuild them for less $$?

Does Bilstein provide dyno reports with their rebuilds so you know your pairs are matched?
According to our rules, they may only be rebuilt
by Bilstein… Give them another chance at RA. Perhaps your slow problem is not equipment related. Just a thought… 
I hate rules that can’t be reliably, repeatedly teched. I would love to see the rule say “Other than rebuilding to factory specifications per the following table, no modifications are permitted.” Then include the specs…
