Yeah…I started 6th out of 23 at VIR and thought I had a good finish coming. Halfway through the first lap, I found myself in 23rd.

Anything can happen in Spec E30…which makes it that much more fun.

You guys are going to have another great weekend and I look forward to meeting more new racers at Summit next month.

Is there any way to get the weekend schedule that has the race group schedule with times? The schedule posted on the NASA-SE website is very generic.

It should be posted on the event web page by Wednesday. That’s normally when SE puts them out there. Just have to keep checking.

#1)Have you ever been southeast coastal Georgia anytime after February? There’s no 80 degrees about it.

#2) You should be wishing for something like 67 degrees and no humididty. Do you really want skate around the whole race?

#3) Do you know how to skate your car?

#4) Have you invested in a cool shirt lately? If not your so called 80 degrees will have you sitting in your car beging for the end of the race before its even begun.

Just a thought for next time. You might want to think harder about all your competitors before you establish your place in the "pecking" order.

By the way, Roebling’s a long drive home should my 5th place, I mean umm 6th place finish not work out… gives me time to drum up appropriate responses (aka excuses) for Monday. It’s a win win the way I see it.
