Anyone going to make these dates with a Spec E30? I may be able to make comp school if I pull out all the stops (Not home til June 6 and the windows are still out. Plus exhaust and paint)
Pocono June 2,3 and 14
I’ll be there on the 2nd and 3rd, not on the 14th though. What Comp school are you planning on doing, Pocono in August?

I am seriously considering 6/2-3, but I can’t believe how ridiculously expensive it is. Who do these guys think they are, BMW CCA?? hahaha
I understand they rescheduled the cancelled April school to June 14th. Its posted on
Joe says anyone who registered will be moved right over. It will have to be August if I can’t finish the car.

It’s being put on by NASA
I’m planning to come up at least one of the days for moral support. Which day would be best and what time do things get started?

Saturday would probably be best, just because people head out early on Sunday. NASA NE doesn’t do all that good of a job of getting the weekend schedules online quickly, so I don’t know when things will go down. Qualifying would probably be around 12-1 I’d guess though.

You should come up, the North course is pretty fun and if more and more people start to go then I think the prices will start to drop. At least I figure part of the reasoning for the high prices is the lower turnout, even with all HPDE drivers they get

Thanks Sean, sorry I couldn’t make it. I usually hit Pocono North about 3 times a year in my SE30, and I love it. Are you doing Turn 1 with no lift yet?

aghh, no, couldn’t quite convince myself to keep the foot all the way on the floor. I will definitely have to do it next time now though
