Read the whole basketweave bottlecap thread but am new enough back to BMW’s to not know the difference on sight. My 90 "i", just puchased has 14s with 215 rubber on em. Is size stamped on them anywhere? Anybody have pictures of each or a thread to one? Thanks!

CMMcIntyre - The Basket weaves that you have are 14" x 6" just like the ones pictured here. These 14" x 6" basket weaves are NOT legal in Spec E30.
The good news is that you can probably trade your wheels for two sets of bottle caps.

I think the basket weves are 14X6.5 which is not legal. if they were 14X6 they would be legal. IF you take on off it should have the size on the back somewhere. My donor car has a set as well and I had another set with my ITS car. I use the 15X7 euro basket weves. I will most likely just let the 14X6.5’s go with the ITS car and keep the 15X7’s. Will still have to find another set for rains.
