Lets rope off as much of the SpecE30 area as we can at RA before all the (non-E30) enduro partipants consume 3/4 of our area. All E30 enduro types should take some rope.
I’ll probably get there around dinner time Thur. If you’re going to be there in that time frame, give me a holler and we can coordinate Thur evening beer & lies.
Yeah we’ve fought this forever there is some Mustang guy that lives next door that starts camping out 2 days prior.
We argued on the nasa-se board but that forum is usually only good for the latest fart jokes vs. any type of productive discussion.
We’re never going to win the struggle, but we might make some headway. Jim (Pantas) could ask RA to hand out parking maps at the guardshack, and have the guard mention the parking plan to each person that arrives up until Sat morning. That will address the folks that arrive before the NASA trailer.
People are complicated. Give a person a chance to say “parking plan, what parking plan?” and a lot will do that. Make it harder to honestly say that and compliance will go up a bit.
And if that doesn’t help, we will have rope left over. I can do a pretty good hog-tie. Anyone make a good hangman’s noose?
