Our new trailer pic

#1

32ft aluminum. Custom made in canada.

we were playing around with the D-SLR.

#2

Does it make it over the bump in your street???

Damn that thing is huge!!!

#3

How much did it cost? I have been looking for a 2 car trailer. The enclosed and stackers are really expensive. This may be a good alternative.

#4

Yea it makes it through the dip on our street. I was actually pretty surprised it didn’t hit.

It costs anywhere from 9k to 15k depending on the options you choose to get. i.e. LED lights, alloy wheels, tire rack, etc.

#5

Very nice! Cant wait to check that out in person.

#6

Then hurry up and fix your car!!!

#7

Nice, very nice. How much did you pay for that?
What do you use to pull that trailer loaded?

#8

We have a 2007 Suburban 3/4 ton 2500 series - heavy duty everything. We are estimating about 8000 payload - the trailer weighs 2000#, 5500# for cars, and about 500# additional stuff.

#9

is that new math? B)
8000 = 2000 + 5500 + 5000

#10

good catch - see edit.

I’m glad to see the correction–I was wondering how you were going to bring 5,000 pounds of "additional stuff" (like 2 extra cars?) I cannot believe the trailer is as light as 2,000 pounds. I know it’s aluminum, but my 16’ steel trailer with an open center is 1,700 pounds.

The original weight quoted was 2300, however, on the manifest it stated 2000. Might be a little off, either way, our car is rated at 9700 towing capacity, so we should be fine.
