NJMP Lightning May 28-30

For once, the NE is having an event that isn’t in conflict with you guys, so if anyone wants to get a race in before Hyperfest and/or wants to check out NJMP, this is probably the best opportunity so far. If you’re unfamiliar with NJMP, it’s in South Jersey so it isn’t too far away (~5 hours from Richmond) and it’s owned by the same people as VIR, so the facilities are pretty good.

There should be at least a 10 car field, so they’ll be plenty of people to race with…and 2 months is too long to go without racing, especially mid-season.

Sean, we’re sending our SE represenative, Steve DeVinney up to race with you’se guys. He’s the third best in the nation…at least as of last year’s Nationals.

You’ve raced with Steve last year.? Show him the Jersey hospitality and know that you’ll have some good competition to race with.

It’s good to see that Steve is going to come and race with us. Not sure if I got to race with him last year or not.

You might be the first person to ever use Jersey and hospitality together :laugh: We’ll treat him better than that.

I’m getting the feeling that people from other regions post in MA threads more than MA drivers do though. Hopefully a few more will come up and run.
