Folks,
In case you haven’t heard, Toyo has a new system for getting your Toyo bucks (I won’t be sending out forms any more). Here’s the link to the tutorial (yeah, I know…):

New Toyo Bucks process
Thanks for posting this. I registered at the site yesterday, but having a guide to the site is great.
Remember: Copies of your completed NASA program form and official race results are required.
Please upload your documents here:
or:
Click here to Fax them in.
So…I got to this prompt on the fancy new Toyo claims site and it looks like I do need a form?
Yeah, that was my problem. Usually our series director will sign/send them in so I have no signed forms to attach. You need the signed form and the race results.
So the only difference is that we can scan or fax them now instead of mail them? Seems like a waste of time and effort by NASA and Toyo then. I didn’t get any forms signed this weekend, because I thought we were done with that annoyingly long form.
Yeah, I didn’t think folks needed the form anymore but apparently we do. Southeast folks, if you need a signed form just pm me.

I fought my way thru this process a week ago and then sat on my hands wondering what was next. After 7 days and nothing heard from them I gave them a call to ask them how the process ends. I mean like do they update my web profile with some secret # I give to the tire dealer or just how is it I show the tire dealer that I have these “bucks”?
So apparently the way it works is that they are supposed to send you an email with the certificates. Mine was approved 6 days ago and no email. They say “tomorrow”. We’ll see.
I got my electronic cert via email a few days after submitting. Maybe they never heard of you Ranger and have to run some more extensive validations?!
Mine is still sitting in the queue with a message that I didn’t attach the stupid NASA Toyo form which I have filled out, but have yet to get access to a scanner to scan in and then upload. At this point I would rather go back to the ole USPS method.
Talk about timing. I submitted my paperwork on Tuesday and just received my bux.
At first I was hesitant with the new process because it felt clunky, but it appears to be working fairly well. Nice job Toyo!
Rob, did you get an email or just look back on the site and they said “approved”?
Going through this for the first time right now.
Thanks!
I received the one from Autbahn in September last week. The regional championship says “approved” but has not been paid.
