There’s a 318is at the shop here that just had it’s cage finished today. Now I have to do ‘everything else’ think I can make it? :woohoo:
NASA-SE::Hotlanta Challenge, Aug 10-11-12
I just finished putting a coat of wax on the race car in preparation for next weekend…that should make it more slippery and dramatically improve the aerodynamics.
Yo
I was planning on making the trophy…as I thought that was part of the deal, having a hard tgime finding a mounted/stuffed possum to serve as the basis, what you got Geiger?
AL
Parking on the skid pad? Guess I’ll be bringing a bike with me this weekend.

Bike?
Hell, I’m gonna bring a bucket. I guess were just lucky they didn’t stick us in the over flow open trailer parking.
The SpecE30 group is getting too big! We wanted to give you plenty of room (and keep Robert & Laura near the grid)
Wow…I bet I am going to be lonely down there on Friday. But there is no way I am going to set up my crap for Comp School on Friday and then move it all down the hill for Saturday.

Are you guys coming Thursday night to set up?
I’m coming Thursday to set up, and will probably hang out a bit on Friday, but not driving till the weekend. Will try to hold onto some space.
We (BT & MLT) will be down on Thursday night. I’m sure Travis can save you a hole to plug into. . . .

Al, had I known your concept, I found a dead possum in our crawl space that I could have "saved" for you. It had that sweet 6th place aroma. If I have stepped on your toes, may I suggest you can be in charge of locating an appropriate "trophy girl?" Now, onto the show:
(this one was all about learning to bend metal with the torch)
The smack talk has gone up a notch. I like it. Looks like it’s going to be an all out brawl for 6th. Test and tune is for the weak.
yes that is pretty good, well you got it done, I am still struggling to get shit taken care of so we can get on the road…
