Mid Summer Lull---?

The Norcal forum has been a bit quite lately…What gives?
30 days from today, we’ll be racing again…Lets get fired up.
I got a smoker for an anniversary gift, I’m bringing it up to TH…Lets all eat like KINGS again…

I know, I was just thinking the same thing. Hey, Bennett and I are working on a cool shirt/986 cooling shirt “pit docking unit” or “hooka” if you will. Basically an ice chest with plug in’s for the cooling system. We could all have a seat around the hooka, plug in and stay cool in the heat. Our only question is how many hookups do we need? 4 or 6…ha ha. BBQ sounds great!

Just nothing to talk about.

I am reading books like “How to Go from 5th to 12th in 3 seconds” by Sir Lancelot. And “Every Wall has a Hole in it” by The Gentlemen Rancher. I just started “Last to 11th, its a Rush!” by Adam Panda.

Another book on the shelf I am thinking of reading,…but admitedly I am little afraid to get in to it, is " “My Ride doesn’t have a Scratch on it! Watch this!” by the Iron Man.

“Winning while Spinning” I heard is coming out soon from some guy named tiger Tony or Tony the Tiger, something like that. There is of Course the really quick read “I got Dents, how about you?” by Scooter, and “Lend me your car Next! Please?” by another Tony something.

As you can see I will be in the Lazy Boy for some time.

Hey Ladies,
So what is the verdict on having another BBQ at this next event at T-Hill? Steve and Bennet are you both in for another “Bobby Flay throwdown”? I would like to include Kevin but it sounds like he has to much “reading” to do before the next event. I’m sure Kevin can prepare some cliff notes while we break bread. Who’s in?

I’m in…I’ll bring the smoker…There are 2 16" racks on it, so I could do maybe 30-40 drumsticks.

Sean, please don’t forget to bring the splitter for me…THANKS

Steve - Your splitter is ready and waiting. Thanks for offering to bring the smoker. We should notify Mr. Neville to send out a bulk email and get people to sign off on attendance and dishes to pass.

I am in for a BBQ I can bring chips and salsa.
I am running in the enduro on Saturday so chips and salsa is easy for me!
