Master Cylinder or Slave cylinder?

#1

So on my parts car turned daily driver My clutch pedal is not returning all the way up. There are no leaks inside the car or out. Everything I have read people are saying it is the Master Cylinder or Slave cylinder and to just replace then both.

I have ordered the parts for both, but I don’t want invest the time in fixing both on the parts car.

What should I try fixing first.

Try bleeding the slave cylinder before replacing it.

Thanks for asking, I am having some luck, Bad Luck.

The bleeder screw broke off. I had some fine choice words with it and decided to go work on the race car.

You can say I am ignoring the problem right now. I am trying to decide if I should just park the parts car and use it for …PARTS.

The “Race Car” is still street legal so I think I am gonna put it back together and drive it till it gets a roll cage this winter. (I just put the Spec Suspension on and have it torn down for a Timing belt and water pump work)

Looks like I am not going to work on the parts car for about 2 weeks or more. Life is getting in the way of me racing.
