LSD Question

According to the rules a factory lsd differential is legal. Does this mean I can take a 3.73 lsd from an “is” model and legally put it into my non-lsd “i” model?

I take it you are already sure you dont have an LSD in your “i”.

My 1990 325i has a factory installed optional LSD.
