Here’s some generic answers based on how SE and MidAtl do this.
Sign up. If it’s not avail on the website, just make sure the cheif instructor knows you want to attend.
Cost. If there is a cost the chief instructor will tell you. Usually there is a cost because everyone has to chip in to help pay for the track rental.
Racing. Instructor courses have classroom time so I would assume that you cannot do the instructor course and also race unless you get clear guidance otherwise.
Points. No. Instructors either drive for free or get a steeply discounted rate. But if you end up with 2 students you’ll find that you’ll work awful hard for the discount.
Seat. Usually there is coaching sessions where a coach drives your car and you “instruct” them. Therefore you should expect to need a passenger seat.
Physical. No.
