Double Points, defend your position!

Trick or Treat all you little gremlins!!

I heard you will be the only one doing the Le Mans start for the weekend you better get some practice in Friday. Dodging all of us on the standing start will add a new dimension for you as you make your way to your car, Gray Squirrel syndrome usually doesn’t end well!

Summer is due the 28th but she could have him any day now. If not I will be there:)

#10

Looks like just 6 of us!

#11

Unfortunately Kenny and I won’t be able to attend, we are knee deep in 25hr prep

#12

is there really only 6 Se30 racers registered? that’ll be a less interesting race haha. on the bright side, ill get a solid top 10 finish :stuck_out_tongue:

#13

We definitely seemed to have lost some momentum with having two and a half months off.

#14

BTM car #19 with Andy C will be present. I’ll be running it in GTS1.
See you in a few days.

Hey Everyone,

I’m sitting at the new airport terminal in Sacramento waiting on my flight to North Carolina to visit Duke to see where all my money is going! It’s a pretty cool terminal…the local paper says it cost just shy of 1 billion…doesn’t look like a billion bucks to me though.

I asked Jim Bucha to post the most recent sign up list…last time I looked we were at about 12 cars…but that was a few days ago. We usually see a rush of sign ups on Wednesday.

Great fall weather this weekend…sorry I’m going to be missing the event. Best of luck to all you guys! Race safe and race fast!

And please join me in wishing Greg and Summer Peterson on a safe and healthy delivery of their new baby boy  !

Cheers,
Scoot

55 car is IN

Jeff has confirmed we are registered. Kevin in Spec E30, Jeff in GTS.

So that breaks 20.

Jim, I haven’t raced in so long, I don’t think I know how to talk smack anymore. But I will give it a shot:

Steve you are a lazy A…
Bennett move over!
Greg be a man, show the kid what’s important.
Paul, really, your car is clean enough.
Loren is that rubber between your teeth?
Hey Andy, they are callin’ your name in tech!
Brad what size are you?
Tommy you selfish Bas…, let Mikey drive!
Gary who?
Donnie smile and say Cheese!
Karters are slow!

Thats all I got at the moment. See you egotistical jerks this weekend.

Plan to be at the Friday test day around 10 - 11. Sounds like an open track all day. $500+ for all day 300+ for half day.

FYI, this is from Dave at Infineon about tomorrow’s testing…

Hi Bennett,

It’s just an open track day tomorrow from 8:15AM – 4:30PM with a lunch break from 12:00 – 1:00PM

Thanks,

Dave

I’ll be there and I plan to run GTS1 also. I know Jason Alexandridis is coming as well. I’m looking forward to it

OK (big) boys hang on to your, er…hats…!

This weekend, Group A (that’s us and Spec Miata ONLY) will be running the attached configuration.

Your eyes aren’t deceiving you - the segment between NASCAR T4 and (regular) T5 really is on the GRASS - The track is working on making sure the path through the grass is smooth and rock free.

This configuration is ONLY for Group A and not other groups. My initial response was that the idea is kinda out there (on the grass?!?)…but…who knows, it may wind up being more challenging and fun than anyone would have expected. It’ll definitely be interesting. Keep an open mind and give it a run.

Jerry has said that if this course needs adjustments they will adjust it. If it’s just not working out, we will revert back to the old config(s).

There may be test sessions offered on this course tomorrow if there is enough interest. To show interest, email Dave Schwartz at Infineon Raceway, right away - dschwartz@infineonraceway.com (or call him at 800-870-7223, x 156).

Scoot picked a fine weekend for me to fill in…

As THE Shoe would say: that is all.

Jim
