Any time I call I just get the answering machine.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
Tomorrow I’m going to call my bank and see if I can have the charge reversed.

This isn’t unheard of. They apparently make them in batches and are better at selling them in bulk to resellers vs. selling them individually to consumers. It’s all kinds of messed up that they charged your card before shipping the scraper.
I also have two crank scrapers on order, from about the same time. Same story. Haven’t received anything yet, but I was billed that day.
My two M20B25 crank scrapers (ordered August 9th) just arrived this morning. I was charged on August 9th. Only took 4 months 1 week and 1 day. But they are very good looking pieces. Suggest ordering from distributors rather than direct for prompt service.
