I’m closing in on completion of the car  and I’m focusing more on some of the smaller details.
How do you guys have your batteries secured?
And do you have any pics.
Thanks

I ran into this problem also. My stock battery tie-down bolts were missing when I bought the car and I wanted something much stronger for on track. I had my roll-bar builder fabricate a simple bar bolted in across the battery using two tabs welded to the inside of the trunk. Here are some pictures for reference:
Removed from car:
Tab welded in, where it bolts to:
Tabs that extend down to keep battery from shifting back and forth:
if your battery slips a bit, it looks like it could get shorted out. I went the other way down the middle with mine. Put some heavy tape around your positive terminal and you should be good. You will need to do that to pass a tech inspection anyway.

I used a piece of flat steel from the metal bin at Lowes. I forgot what it’s called but has holes every inch or so.
I bolted it in a left-right orientation across the top of the battery caps. The left side goes to the edge just beside the battery. The right side I put a few bends in and ran it down underneath the battery tray. If you remove the plastic tray, the pedestal that the tray mounts to provides a solid mount for the right-side.
Keeps it away from the battery terminals and seems pretty stout.
