Great Weekend at T-hill

#1

Paul, Mike and I had a blast hanging out and racing with you guys this weekend. We have seen a lot of things come and go in NASA, and if you guys keep this up, Spec E30 will be very successful. Special thanks to Steve, Scott and Walter for the extra work they put in to make SE30 such a great class. Other series will be jealous if they know the level of support you guys get.

See you at the next event.

That was fun, I hope you guys continue to jump into a spec e30 periodically and give us a run for our money…I cant wait to get back out there…

I, also would like to thank all of the guy’s for their support in the series especially to me, being a rookie. Scott as always is great to talk to and is a big help to me at feeling at home in the series. I also want to thank Steve for his openness in his own special way to help out a rookie driver with my confidence in my car and my own skills. I also want to give a big “hang in there” to AJ and hope to see him back as soon as possible. Oh, by the way I got home from work today and my competition license was in the mailbox. I can’t till the race at the end of June in my own backyard and home track at Sears Point.

Thanks again to everyone in Nor Cal Spec E30!

Scott

BTW,

Adam gotta love that tow vehicle!

Greg and I had a great time seeing what SpecE30 is all about. We hope to have our cars ready for the Aug. race, we won’t be racing but will be working on our licenses and running the HPED’s. We’re looking forward to spending time with a great bunch of guys and kicking some butt.

It was a great run this weekend guys. The incident with AJ was unfortunate but it does happen. I loved watching the battle for 3rd - 5th all weekend. There was some great racing going on. I can’t wait till my build is done…

#7

I had a great time too…especially being in the battle for 3rd for both days. My warm up incident with the spinning Baby Grand was the only downside but thanks to Don Bailey and Kevin Borchers they helped me get my car ready for qual! This is shaping up to be a real great series!

AJ…talking with Walter today he is ready, willing and able to help get your car back on the track. Count me in too…I love going to PicNPull and there’s one around the corner from Walter’s shop! I’ll be there this weekend getting a new fender!

BTW…NorCal SpecE30 racers ponied up $208 to put in the cookie jar for the injured corner workers! :cheer: Thanks to all who contributed to the fund. Looking forward to Infineon in a few weeks.

Check out the SpecE30 Media Gallery…I uploaded Kregg Miller’s photographs from Sunday’s race…there are some great shots.

Cheers,
Scott Neville

Had a great time this last weekend, it was good to see everyone again on the track.

AJ, hope you get your car in working order again soon enough.

See everyone in a few at Infineon!

Cool to watch the happenings out west.Perhaps we can work out a reciprocating arrive-and-drive deal with you guys trying out Road Atlanta and us Southeast guys trying out T-hill or Sonoma.

Hey guys, thanks for all the words of encouragement. I am looking at my options now, should be back out there soon. Kregg, thanks for the photos - really nice work. No surprise that my personal favorite is the one where I’m ahead of the SU Ferrari - might have to put that one in a frame!

Regards,
AJ

I had a good time, even if I didn’t find the few seconds I was looking for. The highlight of my weekend was mixing it up with Tommy on Sunday.

I’ve gotta pick up a set of new tires for Infineon (and 6/16 is the cutoff for the rebate, so get your orders in). Anyone have a set of 15" rims they want to sell?

Thanks Scott, one more quick question what config did you run?

I’m assuming CCW (w/Bypass)? Thanks!
