Good reliable brand of tie rods

#1

I’m VERY disappointed with the longevity of the Meyle tie rods. I replaced two of them and within 2-3 of track abuse, at the knuckle connecting to the steering rack they are sloppy. My previous tie rod (brand unknown) has been rock solid for 2+ years.

Usually Meyle stuff is pretty solid, so I’m very surprised.

What are other good brands?

I’m leaning towards Lemfoerder and assuming the quality is better because of the higher cost?

Lemfoerder are the good ones and are recommended by Bimmerparts. I have them and they are great Also used them on tracked Porsches as well with great results over the years.
