I am not sure how many of you knew about the clinic but Scott, Mike, Tony and I attended this past week. The school was intended for racers that wanted the extra edge. We did alot of drills, lead follow, passing, 3 wide etc. The instructors were assigned just 3 students so you did get alot of feedback. I can safely say that I am probably much more aware of what the car can do.
For me the lead follow was the best excercise. You were able to follow an instructor in conga line fashion around Thunderhill, he would peel off and drop back, the next person would lead. Afterwards the instructor would provide feedback since he was watching everything closely. They are thinking about another school and I would recommend it to anyone.
