Not sure many of you will be there but I’m signed up. I saw Gareth was signed up as well. Any others going? I haven’t been to Gingerman for years, should be interesting.

There were 3 of us at Gingerman. Sean & Kyle sharing the fasttech car and Gareth was doing his first ever race weekend. I managed to win both races, Sean and Kyle had the speed to challenge but Kyle was pushed off in the first race by a miata and Sean didn’t get the break in traffic.
Simon, thanks.
Come see us at Road Atlanta this December and we’ll give you a full field to race against.
Regards, Robert Patton

I had a blast at Gingerman despite the off. It turns out it was a 944 not a Miata as I had previously thought. Really, I shouldn’t have been that far on the outside of T1(rookie mistake). I was trying hard to make some gains on Simon at the start. I had the speed in quali, but didn’t put the lap together. As a result I was 8 spots behind. It was a bummer that NASA set the grid by time, rather than by class on Saturday. Though I agree with them, lots of folks had never been to Gingerman…safety first. I’ll post some video shortly. But it was great to hang out with Simon and Gareth. Looking forward to Putnam. See you guys then!
EDIT: Here’s a link to Saturday’s race video.
We’re still working on contrast issues with the forward facing camera. But you get the idea.
