Guys I have a fellow racer that is building a SpecE30. He will not be finished in time to make the Miller run but he has proposed the following:
He can haul 3 cars with ALL your equipment, spares tools tires etc. The cost is $6k total out and back which includes his fabrication / mechanical services. You lose a motor, clutch or transmission and he changes it as part of the deal. Brakes? axles? whatever… he’s the guy for that weekend. People that sign on for this trip will get a reduced price to get to the nationals. His background is DEEP, he was a mechanic for TRG Porsche and has traveled all over the US in support of their efforts, this is not a slipshod deal! He has a semi trailer - race hauler and a rig to tow it with.
