fuel problems

I have a 91 318i e30 that is not holding fuel pressure. I just replaced the fuel pump, filter and screen. When turning the engine over it has good flow from the pump. While the car is off, there is no pressure held in the fuel lines. I was told it could be faulty O-rings on the injectors or a bad fuel pressure regulator. I checked the regulator and noticed the vacuum line was bad going from it to the bottom of the throttle body. Would anybody know if this would contribute to these problems or is it something completely different? Thanks for any help.

It is a good bet there is either a leaky injector or a bad FPR.

OR there is a cracked fuel hose in the supply or return system
