Fuel filter cover

So my fuel filter is just hangin’ out there in the breeze. I doubt the OEM attachment points for the OE cover are still useable. Anybody have a raceworthy solution?

Cover? The only config I’ve ever seen is a double bracket sort of thing that holds the pump and filter.

You can always put an aftermarket filter in the engine bay or something. I think that as long as you don’t mess with the FPR and injectors, everything else is free.

Mine is attached appropriately. I’m talking about a cover to offer some protection against the filter being torn out of the car on a curb or something.

This is never going to happen I wouldn’t worry about it.

Kyle, after watching the Grand Am boys plowing lots of turf at Barber on TV over the weekend it kinda makes you wonder about stuff mounted on the bottom side:)

+1 and I’ve plowed plenty of grass!

You guys would know. It just occurred to me while I was under the car installing harnesses. I will drive with the knowledge that in the very very unlikely event that something happens–I have a very good fire system!
