Not to belittle SpecE30, but someones not giving other guys enough credit. Everyone at an event is a car guy, many are gearheads too. Guys all over NASA, PCA, SCCA, etc will usually help each other other as much as possible (though there are bound to be some pricks given a large enough group.) Heck, even the pro teams at the Lemans 24 will share parts & help. Auto racing is SUPPOSED to be a "gentlemans sport".

True, the honda guys did a motor swap for a competitor all thru the night so he could race, the HC champ gave a competitor his spare axle, Seen it a bunch at all our events, heck, Beau Dunnivant gave his racecar to a competitor to run a TT in so he could qualify to go to nationals.I don’t think anyone wants to win because the competition canot actually run.

thanks for sharing sean! I talked to the guy from tuner transformations while we were at mid-ohio and he said he filmed us racing some. So he said it could possibly be aired on the show.

here are a bunch from a pro outfit. I think Chris must have slipped him a few bucks - there are a lot of "Bobo and Pops Racing" car shots
They have posters of all the competitors in a group for several of the other groups (AI, FFR, etc). Maybe they’re going to do a SE30 or GTS one also.

I bet this was an exciting moment for Carter - what will that guy do next???
