First NASA Northern Nevada Region Event at Reno

I just signed up for the HPDE/Test Tune Day at Reno. Take a look and see if you guys can make it. It will help NASA, Jeff and the New Nothern Nevada Region. If we get a bunch of Spec E30s to attend, then there will certainly be a Test and Tune Group we can all play in! He discounts for early sign ups too.

Gives us some practice together before the Infineon Race,… on a new/neutral track. He has discounted hotel rooms set up as well.

This is great news, especially for those of us in Reno. The Reno-Fernley track is quite interesting and should be great for Spec e30.

That said, if anyone plans on being there with a car available for rent, let me know. I will be at the Infineon HPDE on September 24th renting a Spec e30, but RFR is in my neck of the woods, so I want to be there too.

Let’s hope for a good turnout from the Northern California guys!

So anybody else heading up??

There will be a ton of track time. Only about 15-20 cars right now and three run groups. Will be basically a Private track day!!!

I am driving the E36 M3 up and intend to destroy some rubber.

Plan to go to Laguna instead.
Porsche Rennsport Reunion.
Biggest Porsche-fest in US.
Gotta get my 917 fix.

I’m sitting at the track now; unfortunately just watching, not driving today. Shoe is right, not many cars so it is like having the entire track to yourself. I hope NASA grows here at RFR and I plan to support Jeff Lepper throughout 2012.
