exhaust bracket question

I discovered that my car is missing the mounting bolts for the exhaust hanger bracket that attaches to the transmission. The parts diagram isn’t too clear …
On this page, I’m talking about the bracket that attaches where the number 7 bolt is. That bracket attaches to the transmission in two places - is that done with the bolt and rubber mounting pieces shown as 8,9,10,11?

Ed emailed me some pics and I determined that the 8,9,10,11 pieces are holding the two pieces of the bracket together and there is just a washer and bolt (parts 5 and 6) going into the transmission.
