Im thinking about buying a brake kit for my E30 anyone ever heard about or used these?

BW’s backing plate is better. I tried the design in your post and also tried a home-made design. Neither sucked, but neither was as good as BW’s either. It puts the air exactly where it needs to go, the inner diameter of the rotor. The design in your pic is going to leak air where the 3" port is up against the rotor.

Thanks for the info a buddy of mine track tested these and swore by them. Were you using the fully open duct or the half moon design?

i have something very similar that factory3performance used to sell. works well.

Half open. Factory3’s were the full open. That’s why they were’t as good.

I have factory3 and they are half-open. Got the kit in 2008
