(showing my true dorkness)

“…he relates the story of a race of hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional beings who built a computer named Deep Thought to calculate the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. When the answer was revealed to be 42, Deep Thought had predicted that another computer, more powerful than itself would be made and designed by it to calculate the question for the answer.”

This is good to see.

With posts this weird, none of my dumber posts will even get noticed. It’s like a blank check of concealment.

we worked on a couple of other things over christmas and are getting back to finalizing the dyno rule this week. It will likely take several more weeks to discuss and work its way through the system.
cheers,
bruce

Thank you Bruce. Knowing that there is something in the works is helpful.

This final component of the rules is critical and there are so many variables. A dyno in Atlanta may not be the same as a dyno in Charlotte, or at the track, or at Mid Ohio’s National event. Good luck.

Not a chance. See, the thing is we can understand enough of your posts to see where they go wrong. That whole computer making a computer to ask a question we already have an answer for thing? Big words make my head hurt.:stuck_out_tongue:

if you forget the answer is 42, you can always plug

the answer to life the universe and everything
into a google search and Google Calculator will tell you the answer …

this from the 944 series director earlier this week:
Some great news on the dyno testing front, VIR now has a chasis dyno on the premises located in the main paddock that will be available to us throughout the year. This will allow us to regular checks for HP, torque and gearing.
Their unit is a Super Flow model. The unit is operated by VIPER. They are working with the manufacturer and NASA to have a certified correction factor to conform with the readings produced by the Dynojet models.
I assume this applies to SE30 too, which is a great start for making the hp cap work.
