Double Pass radiator for additional cooling

Cool is fast. Fast is cool.

I think one of least expensive ways to do this is an AFCO 10680125N.

It has a conventional radiator cap port so you’ll have to seal that somehow. I had a welder cap it off.

It’s the nature of double-pass radiators for both the inlet and outlet to be on the same side. In this case they are on the passenger side. You’ll want an early model top hose and a late model bottom hose, complete with iron pipe.

The outlet (bottom) is too big (1.75" vs. 1.5") so you’ll have to find a way to adapt the hose size. I had a welder cut off most of the big outlet and weld in a smaller pipe.

This AFCO radiator was >$200 cheaper then a custom radiator.

If you are just bored and have a lot of extra money laying around you can donate it to me.
