Does this look normal Doc?

The HP+ still felt fine all weekend even though I’m finally on RA1s, but I’ve never seen all the cloudy streaky stuff on the rotor before. The rotors and pads were replaced together and have about 4 weekends on them.

As long as the brakes feel ok I wouldn’t worry about it.

Could be pad material given that you are using a “lesser” pad.

That is pad deposits from over heated pads. Ditch the HP+ pads and switch to a full up race pad. I personally prefer PFC pads. Unlike some of the other race pads, PFC’s can used on the street, knowing that the cold bite will be less, and not be too noisy.

I agree that you probably over heated them. I know I really liked my HP+s for DE up until I went to TGPR or Little Talladega where I found out that the track didn’t give time for the brakes to cool, and I killed my HP+s very quickly.
