Data Rates on ATT/Vrzn at RA

I have some need to upload / download data while I’m at the track in August. Does anyone know who the best provider would be with a Mi-Fi at RA currently? What data rates are you getting on each service?

I recall vaguely that both my ATT and Verizon iPads had good service the last time I was there, but I did not do any sampling. I will be there for the Aug1 race and can check then, but I’d like to get something prior to that event so that I can use it while there. I specifically need upload speed.

I would ask on NASA-SE’s fb page. ATT has historically had the best coverage of RA, but to my surprise I got good Verizon coverage last month so maybe a new tower has gone in. I think my Verizon phone showed a 4G signal so pretty good bandwidth.
