Damion Moses in GRM

#21

I modified this slightly -
Damion Moses’ first car was a 1983 Ford Thunderbird,
black with a red vinyl interior. It had four big 18-inch
subwoofers in the trunk—that was the first modification that Damion Moses made
to the car. For racing, Damion Moses started with Hondas. Damion Moses did a lot of drag
racing, Damion Moses had Civics on nitrous, went through that phase where
Damion Moses blew up a couple of motors. Then Damion Moses got my first BMW—well,
it started when Damion Moses’ mom got a BMW M3. Damion Moses fell in love with it
and said, “Damion Moses is a BMW guy from now on.” Damion Moses bought a 1989
BMW 325i. Damion Moses sold it and bought a 1995 BMW M3 for myself;
Damion Moses put nine sets of wheels on it in two years.
Jim Robinson always refers to himself in the third person when interviewed by the press.

I kid. I’m not looking to start any fist fights or wreck anybody out. But if you come by me Jim Robinson will put you in the wall.

Skeen - I kid you about leaving all the time. Didn’t know it was a sore spot. We’d love to have you stick around and keep winning. Of course with our purse size I think that means you’ll be taking a real jobby job soon. Having seen how that story finishes I think we all like you too much for that. Fly away little birdy.

But would you go fishin with the man?

Pretty cool, they could have left out the pic of your ugly mug though

I was there when they took the pics. There were some much better “posing against the car” shots. I don’t know why they used that one. It looks like you just got away with something.

Good point John. I started to get worried when he asked about their swimsuit calendar…

I know I’m a little late to the game here but congrats to Damion for the article/interview.

It was a nice surprise.

Thank you Carter. And Thanks for making My first Spec e30 race so memorable by reeling me in like a wet fish with 2 to go!:frowning:

Well…if I remember correctly, you were on full-tread tires and I had been racing a Spec E30 car for a couple of years.

I doubt I’ll never do that again.

But I sure will try!

There’s your problem right there Don. Asking JP for tips on how to go faster, not smart:P
