I am involved in the mechanical build up of a friends 88 E30. We have been waiting for ANY response from Crank Scrapers without success. With some forum lurking I found Ireland Engineering. Not only do they SHOW a scraper, AND have it in stock, AND answer their phone, it looks like it should be okay. Certainly ought to be better than NO scraper, and I can put the front subframe and suspension back together!!
Does anybody have knowledge of and/or experience with the I.E. scraper? They say it is a drop in fit with no fitting needed, and it’s only $50!!!
